Pricing
Comfort Zone A/C understands the concerns most people have when it comes to pricing and reliability when you call a service company. That’s why we use flat rate pricing when we come to your house. We have a diagnostic charge that is charged to every call as the basis for our charges. We will than quote you a price for that repair and no mater how long it takes us to do that repair the price will not change.
Reliability
We take pride in trying to respond to all our customers in a timely manner. If your a/c is broken you don’t want to hear that its going to take 2 days to get a service man to your house to fix the problem. So no mater how late it gets someone will respond the same day if you request service. The only time we may not be able to fix your problem is if it requires special parts or if the system is unrepairable.
Warranty policy
Our warranty policy is 90 days on labor and 1 year on parts, unless the specific product has a different warranty than stated. When we replace major pieces of equipment then the warranty goes to 5 year parts and 1 year labor. There are some additional warranty lengths that will differ than these but you will always know the details before you agree to any work.
