Why One Inch Is Not Enough

Mechanical. Air passes through a physical medium and particles are trapped in it. Filtration captures:

Filtration captures spores in the air, but it does not address the moisture that allows growth in the first place, so humidity control usually matters alongside it.

Is air filtration different from air purification?

Yes. Filtration removes particles like dust, pollen, and debris using filters, while purification actively neutralises contaminants such as bacteria, viruses, and odours.

Will a high-efficiency system restrict airflow?
