It is issued by Comfort Zone Air Conditioning & Heating (“Comfort Zone”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a licensed Florida HVAC contractor, Florida licence number CAC1823915, of 4188 Westroads Drive, Suite 128, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404.
We have served Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties since 1976.
2. Information You Give Us

How we collect your consent
Comfort Zone Air Conditioning & Heating collects opt-in verbally from its customers. Customers are able to opt in to receive messages either in person at our physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls us. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide a phone number, and our staff are trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys.
Customers are verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply”, that “Message frequency may vary”, and that they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent.” They are also informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
What we send
Where you have opted in, messages may include billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys.
Opting out
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, after which no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP at any time for support or more information. You can also ask us to stop contacting you by any method by telling us directly.

10. How Long We Keep Information
We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Records of work performed — including estimates, invoices, equipment and warranty details, inspection findings and payment records — are retained for at least five years, so that we can honour warranties, answer questions about past work, and meet our tax, licensing, insurance and legal obligations. Enquiries that do not result in work are kept for a shorter period. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or render it unreadable.
11. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
